Thank you for shopping with Kaizo House. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and selected shipping method:

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


4. International Shipping

Kaizo House ships internationally to most countries.
Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by your local authority.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your parcel using the link provided or directly through the courier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at support@kaizohouse.com.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.
Kaizo House is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an address error is discovered after purchase, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@kaizohouse.com.

  2. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging or item.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Kaizo House is not responsible for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


8. Split Shipments

For large or multi-item orders, products may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.


9. Delivery Exceptions

We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes or addresses in regions where postal services are unavailable or restricted.
